Quotes & Payments
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Projects typically require a deposit to begin, with the balance due per the agreed schedule. Payments are processed securely, and invoices and receipts are provided automatically.
Project Delivery
We commit to agreed timelines and milestones. Delays caused by late client feedback, content, or approvals may affect delivery dates. Revisions are provided as specified in your project agreement.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits cover work already performed and are generally non-refundable. Cancellation terms for ongoing projects will be handled fairly based on work completed to date.
Limitation of Liability
We deliver our services with professional care but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
